I know that talking about women’s health is a taboo subject in the desi community, but it’s still one in the general community too. Knowledge in this field can empower women to make informed decisions about any potential treatments they might need. And talking about these changes with our family & friends can: 1- help make this life stage a little easier to navigate for our daughters & girlfriends 2- help build empathy & compassion in our sons and husbands, and 3- normalize women’s health conversations so that we break the stigma & taboo associated with the topic.
