A driver allegedly kidnapped a couple in a U-Haul truck and led police on a high-speed chase in Santa Fe, New Mexico, on Tuesday, before authorities caught up to him and arrested him, according to police. The couple told investigators they were helping him clean out a U-Haul truck when he closed the door and took off. Stacy Walker, 50, was charged with two counts of kidnapping, aggravated assault on a peace officer and aggravated fleeing, police say.
